The Davis Bakery & Company was organized in 2006 at the Winter Park Farmers Market where DB&C served the best bagel sandwiches to be found anywhere. The great food and the Davis concept quickly evolved into the Avalon Park Community where the New Davis Bakery & Company now stands. The "bagel line" still stretches from the Winter Park Farmers Market to the Avalon Park Community where the full Davis experience can be had. The New Davis Bakery & Company is owned and operated by Frank, JoAnn, Taylor and Kristen Nardolillo, all Avalon Park residents, and founders of A Million Heroes Foundation. However, the New Davis Bakery experience is not about any one person. Not only do we feel we have an incredible menu of sweet and savory items for breakfast, lunch and dinner, two of the best chefs and cake decorators in all of Orlando, and the best atmosphere for dining anywhere. But we feel we have one of the most friendly and caring group of people to complete the Davis experience. Come visit us at the Winter Park Farmers Market or in the heart of Avalon Park. Davis Bakery & Company is proud to offer a percentage of all proceeds from sales at the Winter Park Farmers Market to A Million Heroes Foundation and The Unity Heritage Educational Fulfillment Fund. A Million Heroes Foundation is dedicated to offering assistance to military heroes and/or their families and other heroes that may be in need. The Unity Heritage Educational Fulfillment Fund provides capacity building tools to disadvantaged youth in order to help them realize sustainable and continual education development.
